About us

The Catholic Church of the Lord’s Baptism (CCLB) is a vibrant and growing parish located in Lekki, Lagos. Guided by the Holy Spirit and grounded in the Word of God, we are a family-oriented, youth-driven community devoted to worship, service, and evangelization.
Our parish name, The Lord’s Baptism, reflects our desire to be continually renewed in the Spirit and to live as true witnesses of Christ’s love in the world.

At CCLB, we take pride in being a closely knit community where everyone is known by name, welcomed with warmth, and encouraged to grow in faith. Our parish life is centered around the Holy Eucharist, the Word of God, and the mission of the Church to reach out in love and service.
We celebrate Masses on weekdays and Sundays, and we honor the feasts of the Church with reverence and joy. Our monthly adoration, held on the last Friday of each month, offers parishioners an intimate moment of reflection and communion with Christ.
Under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Fr. Victor, whose homilies are deeply rooted in Scripture and Catholic tradition, we continue to grow in faith and community.

As a parish, we are also committed to outreach and charity, especially through visits to the elderly and the sick, food drives, and donations to those in need. These acts of love are expressions of our belief that true worship is not complete without service to others.

We may be a young parish, but we are building upon a strong foundation; one anchored in faith, love, and the Word of God. Together, we look forward to the future with hope, trusting that the Lord who has begun this good work in us will bring it to completion.
